Multimedia Portfolio:

Lavender is a pop/rock duo featuring the talents of two singer / songwriter / guitarists, Jim Timbers and Anthony Franze. Both have a solid songwriting craft combined with a melodic ear which proves to be a winning collaboration. In a recent CD review, Lavender has been likened to "a mix of Creed, Supermint and Enuff Z'Nuff."

From the same high school graduating class in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A., Jim and Anthony played the Chicago music circuit in separate bands. Years later, they met up in Los Angeles, California and began collaborating and recording together in 1999. Soon after, Lavender was formed.

Jim currently resides in Los Angeles, California where he continues writing and recording with Lavender while also recording with various musicians across the U.S. on his other solo projects.

Anthony currently resides in Los Angeles, California where he continues collaborating and recording with Lavender while also writing and recording for AntMan, his solo project.
